The house is in good shape, the only issue was the front porch – it would need a little bit of work. There’s a very small yard in the back that the tenants take care of. The guy basically gutted the whole house about 10 years ago so electrical and HVAC is updated. Original hardwood floor throughout the first floor (was refinished about 10 years ago too), carpet in the upstairs bedrooms. It’s half basement half crawl space. I have an inspection scheduled for next Monday at 2pm so in case I bought it, I know what I’m getting into. You or anyone else would be welcome to come with me.
